Are these dishes food safe?
Timree.com's hand painted dishes are created primarily for decorative purposes. The dishes may scratch with sharp objects and should be handled with care.  The paint used is non-toxic and water-based. Any dishes with crystals added should not be used for eating and are for decorative use only. 

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped out as soon as possible. The turn around time for all orders is generally two weeks, depending on the time of year. You may check the status of your order online through the order link that was e-mailed to you when you placed your order. 

How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped from Newport Beach, CA.  Orders are sent with UPS Ground service unless otherwise requested. An additional fee may apply for altering the shipping method. Packages cannot be sent to PO Boxes. 

What if I receive my dish and it is broken?
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives to you safely, but accidents do happen.  Please contact us as soon as possible if your order is broken.

Can you make an identical copy of a dish I’ve previously purchased?
All dishes are one-of-a-kind, leaving no two alike.  We can duplicate the personal information added to the dish and re-create the designs as closely as possible, but each dish is unique and slightly different.
