Refund/Cancellation Policy

 

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Products must be returned within 45 days to be eligible for refund or exchange. Products must be returned in the condition that it was received in. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment that the product was purchased in, and can take up to 5 business days to process.

Gift cards and personalized products are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

PAINT CLASSES: To receive a full refund on paint classes, you must cancel 72 hours or more in advance of the beginning of class. Cancellations after the 72-hour time frame will not be refunded, nor will credit be given.  If an emergency should arise on the day of your scheduled class, please contact the studio within 24 hours for any exceptions. Classes purchased as part of a BOGO (Sale) can not be transferred.

 

PAINT PARTIES: The $100 Paint Party deposit/studio rental fee is non-refundable under any circumstances and is also non-transferable to another date (unless changes are made within 48 hours). For every 30 minutes late that your party starts or ends, there will be a $50 fee. To rent the studio for a longer time period before or after your party (on availability), there is a $175/hour fee. 

 

SUMMER CAMPS: Summer Camp cancellations must be done 2 weeks prior to your camp start date. After that time, your camp space is eligible to be transferred to any other available camp date.
